The perfect Winter cocktail

I don't know about you guys but my alcohol consumption this year has been a little excessive but hey we are nearing the festive season (a stretch I know) so I'm just gonna keep rolling on this train!

I had my friend Sarah for dinner a little while ago and asked her to bring a cocktail to go with dinner and wow she came through with a goodie! This is a winter style negroni and is SO easy to make and even easier to drink!

35ml Aperol

35ml Ginger wine

35ml Gin

Pour it over ice and pop in a big slice or wedge of orange
