Where we are at....! August

It is that time of year when we are juggling a few things so we thought you might be interested in what we are up to!

This year has been a funny old time and Covid has pushed our timeline way back but we aren't too mad about it as it means we will be dropping in new collections more in time with the actual seasons. We would normally start dropping our new range in August but now the first drop won't arrive until mid September. 

At the moment we have summer cuts with our cutters which will go out to machinists soon - we will be releasing our look book in a few weeks so get ready it's a goodie!!

We are also designing our Winter 2021 range and our deadline is the end of September, going out on the road to sell to our wholesalers in early October. We have two custom prints done plus an amazing digital placement (sneak peek below!) 

Our custom service is SO BUSY and in fact we have just installed two more machines into the studio so we can do even more in house - most of the custom orders are made by us in our studio!

Recently we went to one of our fabric suppliers and they had just had a HUGE container arrive of end of rolls from iconic New York based designer Diane von Furstenberg. We chose some amazing prints which we will turn into a capsule range soon! Not to be missed!!

The MAAIKE Community

We are so excited to have started a brand new private Facebook group! Not only will we be sharing some behind the scenes snaps of our daily life in the Maaike studio but it's also going to be a place where you can get to know us a little better. We will give you some insights into our lives outside of Maaike including what we are eating, drinking, reading and much more.
