Please ensure that you will be home to receive your purchase as signatures are required for all packages. It is important to note that Maaike + Co does not post to PO Box addresses so please provide a physical address.
Punctuality of item arrival is merely an indication and Maaike + Co will not be held accountable for unusually long postage periods. Please be aware to factor in that items will only be posted on working days and that if you place an order during the weekend or a New Zealand public holiday, your order will not be processed until the next working day. Cancellations are not permitted for orders that arrive later than expected.
As well as shipping confirmation e-mail, you will also receive a receipt in the mail outlining your purchase. It is important to keep note of your receipt number in case the item is faulty or you change your mind and the need arises to return it.
Duties and Taxes
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Custom policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
In the unfortunate event that a parcel is lost in transit, Maaike + Co will either replace or refund the item. However, if the item can be traced to have arrived at it’s final destination, Maaike + Co are not liable for it.
Maaike + Co is a physical shop as well as an online store so in the unlikely event that someone is buying the item in store at the same time you are buying it online we will notify you immediately and refund you the full amount.
